An Exciting Event That Happened Over My Summer
Over the Summer me and my friend Parker went to his camp in Grand Isle, Louisiana. When we got there we found out that the camps boat was being sent in for maintenance so we fished from the bank the whole time we were there. We fished off his dock for two hours and didn't catch anything. All of a sudden Parker hooked into this giant fish and we couldn't tell what it was. The fish was pulling drag and we watched as the line zig-zagged in the water as the fish shook it's head.
The fight lasted for about two minutes and then the tired fish was rising up from the deep water. The fishes scales began to shimmer bronze as the light hit them. It was a thirty-five inch redfish and it glided through the water, right into the net. The sun was setting and we were both tired from the long car ride. We filleted the fish, fired him, and ate him for dinner.

Sounds exciting! It seems like you and Parker had tons of fun!
