Fall Break Free Post
Over Fall break I went to Texas de Brazil which is a Brazilian inspired steakhouse. I have drove past it so many times but I had never actually been inside so I was very excited. When my family and I walked in, we saw this giant display of flowers above the buffet. The restaurant had a massive wine cellar with glass walls so you could see inside. There were ladders on either side so you could get to the bottles at the top. We walked to the front counter and the lady asked us to follow her. When my family and I sat down, the waiter explained to us how the restaurant worked. There was a little circle-shaped card that had a green side and a red side. The green side told the waiters to bring more food and the red side told them to stop. Soon after he was done explaining people started walking up to our table with big skewers and carving knives.
